And has worked with several international organisations (FHI 360, PSI, UHI, MSI) in India.

Dr. Sunita Bhagia (Chief Strategy & Diversification Officer and Technical Head - Health, Nutrition & Wash) holds an MBBS & MS degree from Udaipur, Rajasthan. She is life time member of FOGSI and IMA as well as a member of the Agra Nursing Home Association.
Dr. Bhagia (M.S) is a senior Consultant obstetrician and Gynaecologist of Agra with more than 30 years of experience & private practice in her field in the city of Agra in Uttar Pradesh. Dr. Sunita Bhagia as SQM is responsible for providing technical assistance to the Government of India in the districts of Uttar Pradesh for smooth roll out of ICs in the Public health facilities so as to expand contraceptive choices for women.
Prior to this she worked as a Senior Clinical Trainer with different international organisation like Engender Health and UHI. Dr. Bhagia expertise in Gender Issues, Urban Slum, Urban Community Development, Poverty Alleviation, Inclusive Urban Planning, Policy Development & Implementation, Capacity Building, Skill Development, Community-Level Action Planning, Socio-Economic Research & Analysis and responsible for managing all components of the service delivery system being implemented in Districts Government hospitals, private providers & NGO’s.

Mr. Pankaj Verma (Strategy & Diversification Officer and Lead – Health, Nutrition & Wash) is a Master of Political Science and Sociology from Rajasthan University. He has more than 25 years’ extensive experience of NGOs and Corporate, specialising in the core areas of Corporate and Business Strategy, Efficiency Enhancement and Management, Policy Framework and Institutional Strengthening, and has worked across India. He has provided strong leadership and strategic direction to AnuVridhi since its inception. He is involved in planning and implementation of business expansion and diversification strategy.
[Director- Finance and Administrative officer]
Mr. Rahul Jain (Director- Finance and Administrative officer) is a Chartered Accountant. He has more than 8 years extensive experience of corporate and financial advisory and International Aid and Policy, Fund and Procurement Management, Institutional Strengthening, Public Financial Management, Monitoring and Evaluation.
Rahul Jain is involved in planning and implementation of business expansion and diversification strategy.

Mr. Samrat Banerjee (Director- Business Development and HR) he has expertise in Grant and Fund Management of the program. Mr. Samrat Banerjee is an international development expert with particular skills and experience in project and grant programme management and monitoring and evaluation. Mr. Samrat has over 11 years of grant programme management experience with different national and international organisations. Mr. Samrat lead HR department of the organisation according to the program desires.

Shamim Alam is responsible for ensuring that the group maximises the value it achieves – through knowledge. Shamim Alam is a senior development professional with more than 10 years of experience across diverse sectors including urban, health, rural & social development and IT & e-Governance.
[Team Leader – Urban Development]
Ms. Alisha (Team Leader – Urban Development) has expertise of Urban Development, Water and Sanitation, Urban Governance, Reforms & Management, Policy Development & Implementation and Institutional Restructuring. As a Team Leader manages the urban teams in leading them to successful implementation of Organisational Development Studies, Institutional Restructuring, Strategic Training Plans and Policy Reforms.

Mr. Rakesh Gupta (Team leader - Public Relation) is involved in strategizing business growth, operationalisation of plans, and company expansion across through new client acquisitions and entry into place business verticals. Ms. Gunjan Sharma (Team Leader – IT and Communication) is a B. Teach (Communication) from NIET, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. She is influential for planning and coordinating the effective delivery of internal and external communications which positively promotes the group’s vision, strategy and Client engagement. She also strategically advises on organisational Quality Assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews, including streamlining processes for faster improvement. Gunjan provides communication inputs to key business initiatives. She is passionate about Corporate Social Responsibility and mentors the team in developing and supporting CSR activities. She is also engaged in creating and supporting strategies across multiple channels for brand promotion.

Mr. Ranavat Singh (State Head – Uttar Pradesh) has a degree Masters in Business Administration and bachelor’s degree from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India. And expertise in establish and maintain systems related to finance, procurement, administration and logistics for all meetings, trainings, Seminars, conferences and workshops, domestic and International visits.
[Team Leader – IT & Monitoring and Evaluation, Consultant]
Mr. Shariq Rana (Team Leader – IT & Monitoring and Evaluation, Consultant) is MBA – Public Health Informatics from Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi. He has 8 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation and large-scale health survey expertise. He has conceptualized the design, developed, managed and implemented the M&E in diverse of projects, he also developed and implemented databases to track the flow of information within complex, multi-layered, geographically dispersed projects, engaging a specific emphasis on data quality. He also has extensive worked in various large-scale demographic, health surveys in India.
